At this time, all of our resources are digital and downloadable, which means NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT will be sent to you.
Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Since your purchase is a digital product and because of the nature of digital products being easily accessible and shareable after purchase, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on http://www.thepurposefulmom.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. (see exception below)
Exceptions to the return policy will be considered in the following situations:
- The product has not yet been accessed or downloaded. Please contact me at jenn at thepurposefulmom dot com with questions.
- The product is incomplete or inaccessible (broken link).
The customer is responsible for having the ability to download the product to their device (only a PDF reader is needed).
Please note also that when you purchase, it is for personal use only (within your immediate family or those living in your household).
If you’d like to use my products for mass production at a church, school, or homeschool group, you may purchase a group license. Contact me at jenn at thepurposefulmom dot com for details if you do not see a listing for a group license on a particular product you’d like to inquire about!
At this time, due to past misuse, group licenses are strictly non-refundable unless they meet the exceptions above. If you’re interested in a group license, I’d be happy to provide a sample of the product for you to take a look at before purchase. Email me at jenn at thepurposefulmom dot com with inquiries.
The Purposeful Mom reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Delivery of Goods and Services
You will receive a link to your purchase via email. If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact jenn at thepurposefulmom dot com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
