My son usually comes up with some good lines and often I forget to write them down, so that’s why this post is always good for me (if no one else) so that I’ll remember the silly things he says when he grows up.
The other day, Will ran up to me and yelled, “Surprise!” I pretended to act startled and he said, “Do you know what a surprise is, Mom?” “What?” I asked patiently. “It’s when someone does something you didn’t respect!”
I’m fairly sure, of course, that he meant ‘expect’. :)
Have a lovely day!
