Last year, I lost 18 pounds and several inches after participating in a program called Transform30, which cut out gluten and dairy and incorporated whole foods and exercise.

Although I’ve kept most of the weight off, my enthusiasm has waned, unintentionally, for continuing that push toward whole food eating and exercising.

Or, as was the case with me, we do something that works–and we feel great! And then life gets in the way, and we slide back into old habits.
