Did you know you can grow grapes in North Dakota? You can, and here’s proof!

John 15:5 says, “I am the vine, you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit. Apart from me, you can do nothing.”
God’s Word is useful in helping us to grow in our faith. This verse and many others cause me to ask myself, am I bearing fruit? Are the fruits of the Spirit evident in my life?
“For there is no good tree which produces bad fruit, nor, on the other hand, a bad tree which produces good fruit. For each tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they pick grapes from a briar bush. The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.” Luke 6:43-45
I pray that my mouth and my heart bring forth good words, uplifting and encouraging words, each day. I pray too that God will put in me a joyous spirit that is evident to those around me!
“Avoid what is evil, cling to what is good.” Romans 12:9
