This past week I was stressing about Jude’s sleeping schedule, packing for our upcoming trip to Illinois and the many other things I needed to get done.
After observing my obvious distress for a minute, Will came up to me, put his hand on my arm and said, “Mom, G-O-D will take care of that.”
“Why are you spelling out God’s name?” I asked.
“Well, you told me never to take God’s name in vain. So I’m spelling it.”
Aside from the fact that he wasn’t taking God’s name in vain, I realized that the Lord used my little guy at just the right moment to reassure me that He had everything under control.
“Commit your way to the Lord. Trust in Him and He will do it.” Psalm 37:5
Here’s a picture of Will doing one of his favorite things: reading the comics. (Don’t worry, we are very selective about the ones he can read.)
