Today was Will’s first day of Kindergarten! I was a little sad to see him go and was a bit nervous for how he would react, but he went right into the classroom to meet his new teacher and gave me a hug goodbye before going off to play.
In celebration of his first day we had chocolate chip pancakes. You can find the cute little “Hello…” signs here.
Not to be outdone, Leah had to have one of her own. It says, “Hello Preschool.” We are going to do some preschool activities at home this year.
Will before we took him to school this morning, ready to go!
In front of his school–not the best picture.
And one of Jude, just because he’s so cute :)
When we picked Will up from school, he said he had a great time with a big smile on his face! For a special after-school snack, we made Gingerapple Fizz from my childhood Mickey Mouse cookbook. These are apparently out of print. I saw them listed on Amazon for $89!
