Two weekends ago at our couple’s Bible study someone brought this dessert. It was so creamy and delicious I had to share it with you!
Banana Cream Dessert
1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
Mix these ingredients together and press into a 9×9 cake pan or a springform pan. You may want to lightly grease the pan.
12 oz Cool Whip
8 oz sour cream
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
4 bananas, cut into small pieces
Whisk together the Cool Whip and sour cream. Stir in the vanilla pudding mix. Spread half of the mixture on the crust, then cover it with bananas. Layer the remaining mixture on top of the bananas. Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle the top with crushed pecans or almonds if desired. The picture isn’t the greatest (I really want to take a photography class) but the dessert is so good!
