Want a super-easy meal for tonight? (Or some other night this week?) Chances are these four ingredients for Baked Mostaccioli will probably be in your pantry. This is my go-to dish on days that the clock reads 4:30 pm and I still have no idea what’s for dinner!

Baked Mostaccioli

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 box (usually 1 lb.) mostaccioli noodles
48 ounces of spaghetti sauce (I use my homemade sauce)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook mostaccioli noodles and ground beef separately. Drain noodles.

Spread noodles in the bottom of a 11×14 inch pan. Combine cooked ground beef and spaghetti sauce. Pour mixture on top of noodles. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour at 350 degrees F.

Penne can be substituted for the mostaccioli. You can also use more cheese if desired. Serve with a colorful salad.

*My son loves to help with this dish by sprinkling the cheese on top!
