Welcome to the Babies & Beyond Link-up! I’d invite you to link up anything about babies, pregnancy and motherhood! Babies & Beyond will be posted every Monday night at 8 pm EST! Of course, the link-up is open all week, so just drop by whenever you get a chance. I am co-hosting this link-up with some other lovely bloggers, so you can find this link-up here each week as well as at the other blogs!

Just a reminder, there are lots of ways you can follow along with each of your co-hosts. We LOVE getting to know you!

This week’s featured post is How to Heal Your Abs After Baby from Grassfed Mama! I have been working on doing this very thing since Lydia arrived four months ago, and it involves much more than doing situps!

And now it’s time to LINK-UP! I can’t wait to read what you all have to say this week!

*By joining this link-up, you are giving us permission to use a photo from your post if we choose to use it as a featured link for the week! We will direct the link back to your blog, of course! :)

  1. Thank you so much for featuring my diastasis post. My baby is 8 months now. I’m still staying tummy safe and wearing my splint. I know that I am getting stronger and that is the most important part.
